learned the mothers are now accused of selling crack out of the same house where their kids live.
"According to a criminal complaint, police recently sent an informant into the house and 'Rosie ... retrieved about 5 to 10 crack rocks ... and gave him a $20 rock.'
In August, police said they found 11 children living in the same house with soiled clothes, little to no food, and none had been registered for school.
Two months before, city inspectors found the same family with 17 kids at the time living in horrible conditions in a different house. Last week, police finally charged Rosie and Bonnie Webb with child abuse."
